Family, friends and an ever increasing group of concerned supporters, of Ashley Oosthuizen (22), an innocent South African who was imprisoned for life in a Thai jail two years ago, are appealing to the ANC government in SA to pay urgent attention to her case. Oosthuizen’s family also fear that they will now rarely be able to contact her, after she was recently moved to a new prison. Her parents have apparently last spoken with her in December last year.

BBBEE & Land Claims Will be Hate Crimes Under Stricter Definition of Hate Crime in ANC’s Updated Parliamentary Bill

The portfolio committee on Justice and Correctional Services in the SA parliament has called for public comment on the updated Prevention of Hate Speech and Hate Crime Bill, which is intended to impose proper punishment on the said crimes. The new definition of “hate crime” is when someone harms another person with remarks or insulting remarks. Harm is defined as any emotional, psychological, physical, social, or economic harm. So according to the new Bill, it will be a crime to promote and advertise BBBEE. It will also be a crime to sing Kill The Boer Kill The Farmer, or threaten to take someone’s land, as most certainly that causes great emotional harm, trauma and distress.
It will also be a crime to give financial aid to just blacks… …clearly thit is not the case, so the ANC government is either lying or are breaking their own laws, exposing them as the despots, dictators and racists they are…

A local milk delivery man from Postmasburg, Andries de Klerk (57) was stoned to death by 3 black youths, whilst delivering milk in the black township of Marantheng in the Northern Cape. The father of two and grandfather, sadly succumbed to the wounds received from being stoned, in the hospital on Wednesday August 18, 2021
Captain Anna de Bruin, detective head at the Postmasburg police station, confirmed that the Police are investigating a murder case. She said De Klerk was on his way home after delivering milk in the township, when his vehicle was stoned by black youths.

It seems that the implementation of cadre deployment and BBBEE practices are still taking their toll on the embattled national power provider. Eskom confirmed on Monday that the Medupi power station had an explosion on the number 4 unit’s generator, at around 22:50 on Sunday night, and that unit 5 also tripped as a result.
No injuries were reported at the plant and all employees and contractors were accounted for, but emergency services did assist seven workers with the necessary treatment for shock.

Eskom CEO De Ruyter Goes to Court to Annul R 8 Billion Corrupt BBBEE Tender Approved by Current Board!

Having survived wrongful allegations of racism, Eskom CEO Andre de Ruyter has now resorted to legal action against his own board, in his fight to clean up Eskom and rid it of the systemic corruption that has plagued it ever since ANC took over in 1994.
Andre de Ruyter is fighting in court to scrap a massive corrupt tender with a BBBEE company called Econ Oil, a contract which was approved by all seven members of the current Eskom board, including current chairman Malegapuru Makgoba.
The new tender was issued to Econ Oil in October 2019 for the supply of oil to Eskom and De Ruyter only became Eskom CEO in January 2020. However all seven members of the current board, including the chairman, Prof Makgoba, were already board members by then and approved the deal with Econ Oil. The Board members were Malegapuru Makgoba (Chairman), Calib Cassim (Chief Financial Officer), Pulane Molokwane, Banothile Makhubela, Rod Crompton, Busisiwe Mavuso and Tshepo Mongalo.

As gevolg van dekades se BSEB, stelselmatige korrupsie, groothandel plundery, wanbestuur en gebrek aan onderhoud, betaal die verbruiker weereens die prys, omdat Eskom skielik weer moes begin met beurtkrag vanaf Sondag, toe hulle dit met fase 2 bekendgestel het, om kwansuis tot Dinsdagaand te hou as alles volgens plan verloop.
Weereens is ‘n lewelose voorwerp die skuld gegee, hierdie keer was dit blykbaar die Tutuka-stasie wat herstelwerk aan drie opwekkende eenhede kry wat misluk het, en ‘n ander eenheid by die Majuba-kragstasie het ook misluk, wat veroorsaak het dat dit gestop is vir herstelwerk.

As a result of decades worth of BBBEE, systemic corruption, wholesale plunder, bad management and lack of maintenance, the consumer is once paying the price, as Eskom has had to suddenly start load shedding again, as of Sunday, when they introduced it with phase 2, to supposedly last until Tuesday night, if everything goes according to plan.
Once again an inanimate object was blamed, this time it’s apparently the Tutuka station which had to have repairs to three generating units that failed, and another unit at the Majuba power station also failed, causing it to be stopped for repairs. As a result there is about 6,000 MW lost over 24 hours, the spokesman from the embattled, bankrupt, national power supplier, Eskom, said.
This is once again a case of unexpected breakage that caused them to be unable to deliver the required power demand, requiring blackouts. However, as some of us know, if you do not maintain something, there is indeed no warning
