Ramaphosa Thinks He is Cleverer Than Mugabe? Zimbabwe has been forced to pay a historic USD $3.5 Billion to white farmers that black Zimbabweans, encouraged by Mugabe, had attacked, killed and evicted from their farms. The deal has been signed by Zimbabwe’s new government to compensate about 4,000 of the country’s white commercial farmers who were evicted from their land two decades ago. Sadly this will not bring the slaughtered farmers back, but how about a public apology and a warming to SA too?
The compensation agreement comes as the southern African nation’s economy is still struggling with rock bottom food production and export income, which resulted from the killing and eviction of their white commercial farmers. At what stage will “compensation”, “retribution” or “revenge” have been achieved? How much must be given? Entire countries? With systemic, institutional and structural black privilege already deeply built into every aspect of daily life, all we have achieved was to make anti-white racism systemic, institutional and structural in our societies!

Expropriated Land Stolen Without Compensation Will Be Returned And ANC & EFF Comrades Will Be Held Accountable – Boere Afrikaner People’s Council

The chairman of the Boer-Afrikaner People’s Council and leader of the HNP, Mr Andries Breytenbach, said in a document to the Parliamentary ad hoc committee involved in amending Article 25 of the South African constitution, in order to expropriate the Citizens’ property, without compensation, said that the expropriation of property without compensation to be a criminal act of theft.

Mr Breytenbach wrote in a sharply worded submission to the Parliamentary Committee that the amendment of Article 25 is immoral, illegitimate and the abuse of power. He says in his submission that the proposed legislation amending Article 25 of the current constitution and any attempt to “legalize” expropriation without compensation, is rejected in its entirety.

Motor giant Ford must fork out millions of Rands after Kuga model endangered human lives

The case, which has been pending against the Ford company since 2017, has now come to a final conclusion and it has been decided that the motor giant will have to fork out millions of Rands, according to a court finding.

The Ford company, which initially denied that its Kuga model contained serious and dangerous flaws, eventually had to admit that the vehicle imposes danger to human life.

The Ford Kuga 1.6 EcoBoost model that caught fire and caused one person’s death is considered by car owners as a sufficient reason to close the manufacturer’s doors in South Africa because no amount can compensate for the loss of one’s life.

Ford must pay R35m in fines in terms of the final outcome.

All owners whose cars have failed, must receive R50,000 in compensation, which in the experts’ opinion is a very unfair decision, as some owners have suffered far more than R60,000.

A quarter of a century later, after FW de Klerk and Tutu set up the Presidents Fund, thousands of victims of the apartheid era are still waiting for compensation, fingers are now pointing to ANC regime who might have exploited the funds

The victims would have qualify for aid from the Fund that included assistance for housing, health services and proper education. However, they are still waiting for the support. It seems like the ANC-regime just forgot about these so called victims and exploited the funds for the party’s own benefit.

It is almost a quarter of a century after FW de Klerk and Tutu shook hands on the matter, but now thousands still wait to receive a helping hand.

In 2003, the so-called Presidents Fund was established to assist the victims, but it appears that the ANC government does not fulfill their promises just as in the past, except when they can rob the whites of their land, one has victim apparently said.
