Land claims, whether legitimate, fraudulent or opportunistic, can cripple farms, businesses and the families that depend on them. Thousands of land transactions, financing applications and plans to develop or expand have been scuttled by land claims, and this has cost South Africa incalculably in terms of jobs and rural development. That is why the family farmer network, the Southern African Agri Initiative (SAAI), decided to publish the largest digital land claims database online. Until now the ANC and Department of Agriculture have done everything possible to keep this information secret, but now the SAAI web page enables users to determine their land claim status in about 20 seconds!

Land Reform – A Trough for Vultures, Hyenas and Selfish ANC Cadres! Land Claimant Refuses to Explain Millions’ in Suspicious Transactions
It is well known that the ANC Land Reform in South Africa is a total failure, but as long as land and money are on offer, the vultures, hyenas and ANC cadres will come to feast. One such heinous and cynical case was portrayed when the Land Claims Court (Randburg) ordered that the books of the Moletele Community Property Association (MCPA) be examined by the Auditor-General, and the Director-General of Rural Development and Land Reform, not that it’s ever going to happen. MCPA, which claims that the Moletale people are a separate ethnic group, successfully claimed 27 properties in Hoedspruit, including two working farms.
The case was brought by the MCPA before Judge Brain Spilg because the MCPA wanted to cynically try to reverse the original decision of the Chief Land Claims Commissioner, who withdrew state funding from the MCPA. The greedy MCPA wanted to continue the case to claim other land in the area, or was it just plundering? The

Communism FAILS Again! Another ANC BEE Milk Farm Collective Ends in Disaster, Despite (or Because?) R43 Million of Our Taxes Being Given To Them!
Hundreds of cows dying from neglect has been termed “a challenge” by the MEC for Agriculture in the Eastern Cape, Nonkqubela Pieters. What normal people would call animal abuse, the socialists (sociopaths?) call a challenge? It is becoming patently clear that Ramaphosa’s “our people” simply cannot, or do not want to farm, they just want the cash handouts and free stuff that comes with all these disastrous virtue seeking schemes. The milk farm financed by the state to the tune of R43 million, as a much publicised empowerment project for “our people”, has collapsed in the Eastern Cape, leaving most of the cows dead and not much going on besides the odd sickly cow wandering about.
SA-News has reported about many of these totally failed, lavishly funded state farms, which were intended to run on a socially engineered communist collective farm model – in other words where a f

ANC’s proposed land grab program is leaving SA farmers uncertain – concern that land will be given to disadvantaged and agricultural production will decline
In recent months, it has become quieter regarding how the government is going to progress with its land grab program while the focus is currently more on the ANC divisions.
Farmers across South Africa’s main concern is that land will be made available to the disadvantaged and instead of increased agricultural production, a drastic decline will occur.
And if the increase in theft continues to spread and farmers’ livelihoods are threatened by violence coming from these disadvantaged circles this could lead to farms being unsustainable.
The doubt for farmers about the situation now leaves many of them looking elsewhere for better “pastures”. Farmers in the old Transvaal province say the possibility of going elsewhere in Africa is one option, but Australia and Georgia are also enticing possibilities.
