Surely companies that defend a failure to maintain vital IT systems, should not be allowed anywhere near government contracts to support systems serving the people of South Africa? In fact, they should not be allowed any systems at all, but particularly government systems that could be infiltrated such as SARS, IEC, Home Affairs, EVDS, Eskom etc. especially given that SA Court systems are already insecure as SA-News recently reported.

SA’s Deputy Chief Justice Zondo Admits he Made a Mistake – Requests ANOTHER Extension for the Investigation into State Capture!

Although Tito Mboweni promised that there was no more money to fund the State Capture Inquiry, the Zondo Commission has still requested a fifth postponement. Not that anyone is surprised that the state capture inquiry is seeking a further extension, this time until December (after the elections), but that the country’s Deputy Chief Justice can make such a large miscalculation, repeatedly, is a major concern, or is it just that they simply have not earned enough money and want to buy Christmas presents? Maybe time he retired?
The Zondo commission has already cost the taxpayer R1 Billion – including the payment of excessive fees to evidence leaders and investigators, and other administrative costs. Stellenbosch Man Allowed to Do Shopping in Woolworths Without Mask Thanks to Copy of Court Order!

A resident of Stellenbosch, who always goes shopping without a mask, was stopped at Woolworths in Stellenbosch Square yesterday and asked where his mask was. He then nicely and calmly explained to the guard and driver that he was not wearing a mask and that in July 2020 the Supreme Court declared the government’s legislation illegal. He then patiently showed the court order, and was allowed to shop in Woolworths without a mask. (Copy of Court Order Below).

It used to be that South Africa was The Gateway To Africa, now SA is Africa’s Gateway to the West! The South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) is considering legal action and has decided to withdraw from any further engagements with a militant group of foreign illegal migrants, who are literally turning Cape Town’s CBD into a sh*thole, on unrealistic dreams of being sent to Canada!
A previous application was heard earlier this week in the High Court to stop the foreigners from littering, making fires on the pavement, urinating and defecating in public! A ruling is due on the 17th of next month.
