It is tragic that the courts have to protect the true diversity of South Africa, with a dozen languages, from the ANC regime, and it remains unfortunate that the ANC government preaches diversity, yet applies monolingualism. This ruling is appropriate on the eve of Heritage Day, in that it recognized the language rights of students, and imposes a specific obligation with regard to execution on Unisa. It is equally unfortunate that language and cultural communities have to turn to the courts in the final instance, to claim their rights as diverse languages with specific reference to Afrikaans, especially at historically Afrikaans universities.
Constitutional Court Declares UNISA Language Policy Unconstitutional in 5 Year Long Court Case!

Are South Africa’s Clintons, The Zumas, Using Lockdown for Personal & Political Gain, To Save a Disgraced Jacob Zuma from Zondo Commission?
Is SA’s Hillary Clinton, Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, Who Desperately Wants to be President Too, Using Her Command Council Lockdown Power to Save her ex-Husband & ex-President, SA’s Disgraced Bill Clinton, Jacob Zuma? The remarkable similarities between the Zumas and Clintons are more than deja-vu, they are the hallmark of gross abuse of State structures to satisfy a desperate greed and lust for power. Zuma’s ex-wife who is in charge of the ANC’s CCPvirus “Command Council” which is enforcing unconstitutional powers, could draw out lockdown forever, thereby postponing Zuma’s court case and the Zondo Commission. Emeritus Professor Pieter Labuschagne, a law expert at UNISA, warns that South Africa has entered dangerous territory after the ANC government claimed ultra Constitutional powers for itself, as its response to the Chinese CCP virus pandemic.
A side motive of this that is maybe the most obvious one, tha

Oh no, not again! Panic, outrage as Unisa examinations compromised again after exam papers had been leaked
“Oh no, not again!” This was the reaction of University of SA (Unisa) students on social media after the university sent out an email on Friday afternoon to students announcing that exam question papers for the second semester – October and November – had been leaked.
The outrage was swift on social media after the university sent the email to its 400 000 students about the compromised exams.
Unisa also informed the students that an investigation was underway to establish what had happened.
Some students panicked online, speculating which modules were affected.
Others speculated that it could have been the Taxation and Business Activities and Economics papers and the Foundations in English Literacy Studies exam.
Questions were emailed to Martin Ramotshela, the university spokesperson, and to Professor Mandla Makhanya, Unisa’s principal and vice-chancellor, on Friday afternoon.
Ramotshela said yesterday he wou

Culture of protest and destruction established by ANC regime spills over to tertiary institutions
Dissatisfied students of the University of SA (Unisa) started a strike at the Sunnyside and Natal campuses but have now expanded to almost all campuses across the country.
According to the students, their concern will be that the University remains “closed” until their grievances have been addressed. Unisa is currently handling a third of the country’s after-school students because of their distance learning model.
Results of the first semester were only published last Friday and according to the students there are irregularities with the results. They now demand that students be provided with their exam papers to check if there were any problems with marking the papers.
The culture of protest and destruction has been established by the ANC, spills over to tertiary institutions.

Unisa closes its doors after negotiations between the radical National Student Representative Council (NSRC) and the university authorities fail
Negotiations between the radical National Student Representative Council (NSRC) and the university authorities culminated in a dead-end and decided to close its doors temporarily.
The closure is applicable to all Unisa’s campuses across South Africa, as the government is unwavering that it cannot accommodate larger numbers of students.
The University of South Africa (Unisa) can take 380,000 students and can accept about 54,000 new students annually, but cannot meet the radical group’s claim to accommodate all applicants.
Unisa is considering accepting an additional 10,000 students, but will first have to evaluate its implications.
Experts point out that the possibility is growing that the universities of the country, one after the other, will have to close their doors permanently if the impractical claims continue.
